BUCK Addition
This project started as a simple dormer addition in the attic to convert one side of the attic into a bedroom for the owner's daughter. Then one thing led to another over the course of designing that turned the project into a full fledge addition. The scope included:
- Taking out the existing roof over the main part of the house
- Add a circular stair from 1st floor Family room to 2nd floor for access
- Add a bedroom, walk-in-closet, bathroom and a huge Lounge
- Later we changed 2 windows in the bedroom to a French Door to allow furniture to come in, and added a Juliette balcony railing.
